Your adoption fee includes everything you need to enjoy and care for your tree during the festive season.

Each tree comes with a tree saucer/tray to help protect your floors and surfaces while your tree is in your home, along with a care card providing guidance on how to keep your tree healthy throughout its stay.

We're also here to support you every step of the way. If you have any questions or need advice while your tree is with you, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Your adoption fee also contributes to the year-round care of your tree. Throughout the year, we water, feed, repot, and maintain each tree to give it the best possible chance of returning to your home for many Christmases to come.

You can add our delivery and collection service to your order for an additional fee, or choose our FREE Click & Collect option.

We value our returning customers, which is why existing adopters receive a loyalty discount on delivery and collection, with the service available for just £5 total.

New customers can add delivery and collection for £10 total. After your first adoption, you’ll become part of our loyalty scheme and will receive offers in years to come.

 Each of our trees has its own unique identification number, allowing you to welcome the same tree back into your home year after year.

As your tree grows, it may eventually become too large for your space. If this happens, you can choose a new tree to adopt for future Christmases.

There is no obligation to adopt the same tree every year, and there is no contract or commitment to continue with the adoption scheme. You are welcome to pause or stop your adoption at any time.
